Returns & Refund Policy – AYS APPAREL

At AYS APPAREL, each product is made to order. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or refund requests within 7 days of you receiving your order only in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong size than what you ordered
  • There is a printing error on the product
  • The item you received is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds in any other situations, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please email us at:

In your email, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product (showing the issue)
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a return or refund

Review & Approval

  • Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you within 24–48 business hours whether your request has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, further instructions will be provided via email.

Important Note

AYS APPAREL reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions stated above.
